NEW!! ASHIATSU ORIENTAL BAR THERAPY (AOBT)
see menu of services for details
Therapeutic Massage by Laurie Ellis, LCMT

Who can benefit from massage therapy?
Just about everyone!
Therapeutic Massage, dating back to... WAY BACK*, offers safe, healing touch. Athletes
and desk jockeys alike can benefit from a session with a skilled massage therapist.
- Work out muscular tension to maintain (or regain) range of motion and optimal functioning
- Reduce stress to live your life more comfortably
- Increase body awareness to catch problems before they become debilitating
For people living with cancer, massage therapy can help ease pain, reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. It also
offers non-invasive, non-judgmental, compassionate touch at a time when that can be lacking.
First Massage? First time clients are welcome and encouraged to ask questions.

*WAY BACK:
Eastern cultures have a history of body work focusing on the flow of Chi, or energy, through the meridians of the body.
Acupressure and Shiatsu are examples. Roman society had its spas, Europeans "take the cure", and we now have our
day spas!
