I've been working out more and did something to my low back/butt/leg area. I thought it would go away but
it kept getting worse. By the time I took the two-hour drive to Cambridge, I couldn't even sit. I was in so much
pain, I had to stop twice to walk it out. When I got here for my visit I was complaining and Laurie said
she could do Ashiatsu (AOBT) massage to help relieve my discomfort. After a 1-hour session, I am pain-free. I
still can't believe that days later, I'm still pain-free! ~NN, Hadley, MA

I
started seeing Laurie for massage therapy quite a few years ago to help loosen up my muscles. My job is stressful
and I swim hard for exercise. Laurie always listens to what I say and tailors the massage to what I need on any given
day. I feel comfortable and safe in her hands, and walk out feeling much better after my session. My husband always appreciates my improved mood when I get home! ~KG

Laurie has been my main massage therapist for years, and she's terrific. She is extremely skilled, generous,
and flexible. She will mix techniques and styles in one session, tailoring everything to particular problem areas.
The soothing stone therapy is great for relieving stress and unlocking muscles, and I usually ask for some version of
this each session. Laurie has also created a personal therapy plan for me, one that involves work on my neck and shoulders
to help recover from past injuries. I hunch in front of a computer all day, so there's no magic bullet, but I feel
that if I didn't have regular sessions with Laurie, I'd have the range of motion of Igor in an old Dracula movie.
