My restoration of a 1920's Splitdorf battery radio.

In this album are photos taken with various cameras and telescopes.

The picture on the right is the Hale-Bopp comet, taken in March of 1997 from my backyard with a film camera.

The black and white photo was taken the same night, with the addition of a 55 - 200mm zoom lens.  Both photos were scanned from the original photopaper photos.

The photo of the M13 cluster was taken on September 11, 2002 using a 10" Dobsonian telescope with a Jerry Wilkenson f5.6 mirror and a StellaEX camera.  This photo and others of mine can be seen on John Shettle's website.

The photo below was taken with a Minolta Dimage S414 Digital camera on August 13, 2004 from my front yard looking towards the West at Sunset.

The above photo of Mars was taken at the Nanjemoy Creek Observatory on November 2, 2005.  Celestron 14" scope and Meade LPI camera.

The photo of Mars, on the right,  was taken from my home observatory.  Celestron 9.25 scope and LPI camera.

The photo above was taken on the 5th of November, 2005.  I used a 10", F5.6 Dob, placed just outside of my front door, about 3 feet from the house and looking somewhat over the roof.  The image was not that steady.  The Meade LPI camera was used along with a Nagler 3X Barlow to stack 106 photos in 78 seconds.  Note that this is the only photo that has the South Pole placed in the "South Pole Up" position.  This is just about the same view of the planet that I had from the Nanjemoy Creek Observatory.  See the photo above this one, (it is upside down in relation to this photo) - the Nanjemoy Creek photo was processed somewhat different as far as color was concerned.

The picure of Saturn was taken on the 27th of February, 2006 at 12:52 in the morning.  I used a Celestron 9.25 GPS scope and a 1.5x Barlow.  52 images were stacked using the Meade LPI camera.
