French Mackes is a well qualified candidate
for Virginia General Assembly, House of Delegates, District 85.
French earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland,
Baltimore Country, where he studied Information Systems Management.
French earned a Master of Arts degree from Norfolk State University where
he studied Media and Communications.
French Mackes works full time at Norfolk State University as a systems analyst.
French Mackes has spent many hours volunteering
to serve the public. French Mackes has volunteered as the head coach of youth athletic teams in
Virginia Beach.
French Mackes has volunteered with the PTA of a Virginia Beach public school by routinely moving
the "Super Citizen" of the month signs from yard to yard every month to honor students that were selected by teachers.
French Mackes has volunteered as a school bus driver to bring dozens of children
of active-duty military personnel to church from military housing and back home again on Sundays.
