I'm pleased to exhibit some of my favorite historic decks for people interested in old and curious playing cards. I've been collecting cards for about 20 years . Most decks came from fellow collectors and dealers. Gene Hochman and Kay Gregory were very important in helping me learn about fine quality playing cards and were terrific sources during my early years of collecting. Over the past year I've been actively developing a current catalogue of the collection which contains more than 500 antique and contemporary packs. This has proved more complicated than I originally thought, as there is no strong central auction source as there was when my collection began....remember Stanley Gibbon's Auctions???
