As a BUYER, I leave feedback on RECEIPT of ITEM. The only exception, if ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED or DISPATCHED without
good cause (items can be damaged before shipping, post office isn't always perfect .........); for many valid reasons
snags do occur. I will work with seller to resolve.
As a seller, I will leave feedback after the transaction has been concluded. Usually, receipt of feedback from
buyer.
Buying on eBay has been a great experience, in 200 plus transactions I have had ONE very bad trading experience:
I AM NOT NAMING THIS SELLER, I POSTED NEGATIVE
FEEDBACK - HE RETALIATED.
I have left negative feedback once! I even paid for mediation to see if we could resolve dispute. Draw your
own conclusions, see his comments, see mine.
I will always post positive feedback if the transaction executes smoothly (if I do forget,
drop me an email, I don't mind).
I will only leave negative (or neutral feedback) if there are very significant unresolved
issues and will always be open to mediation.
