Some comments after just the first week of the Female Energy I class:
It feels like coming home! ... for
the first time I've become aware of the difference between male and female energies.... and by becoming aware of the male
and female energies, I realize that by nurturing my female energy I can be more me!
And it's so amazingly healing
for me! My body feels so reassured that at last, by giving myself permission
to have my female energy, I can heal!
It's like my cells are remembering
how to sing their own song! Kinda like riding a bicycle - I learned it
a really long time ago, and haven't done been on a bike for ages, and then finally when I try riding one again, it all comes
flooding back... it's so exciting and so freeing!
I've realized that by not giving
myself permission to have my own female energy, it's mostly male energy that's been in my space, which has been a big part
of my illness. I've been vibrating at a lower level or frequency.
The female energy feels so gentle,
soothing, calming, reinforcing and nourishing... and really reflects me. The male energy feels hard, harsh, agitated,
competitive, brusque - when it's in my space it feels really invasive and uncomfortable.
