Meditation I: Energy Tools for Self-Healing
Begin a journey of self-discovery.... -Do you take on other people’s energy and problems? Learn ways to release them. -Are you too sensitive to how others are feeling? Learn how to make separations. -Are you stuck? Get your energy flowing again.
This 4 week class will teach you techniques you can use to become aware of you, versus the energy of others. Simple but powerful exercises will help you to heal yourself by letting go of the stuff that doesn’t belong to you. Find healing, growth, rejuvenation, and even a little amusement! No books, no studying--just doing. The class will be led by Brad Hess, an intuitive energy healer with 5 years of training with the Berkeley Psychic Institute. The tools he will be sharing are at the foundation of the energy healing work he’s practiced for 20 years.
