Web sites frequently have pages devoted to answering visitors' questions about a product or service offered. The informational pages are easily created using the Definition List format. The FAQ page should be linked to the Home page and other related pages. Also include ways to get in contact with a human.

Florist
One who sells flowers and ornamentals.
Flower
The part of the plant that ordinarily contains the reproductive organs, which are usually surrounded by colorful petals and sepals.
Hook Climbers
A plant that climbs by the aid of hooks or prickles, such as certain types of roses.
Horticulturist
A person who specializes in horticulture.
Root
The part of a plant, normally underground, that absorbs nutrients and anchors the plant into the ground.
Stem
The main axis of a tree, shrub, or plant; trunk, stalk.
