Design a Frameset document with the following characteristics:
Two Columns left and right with top banner frames
The left frames will contain at least four anchors
All files will open in the right window
Use images and color wisely
One page displays the table page, style sheet files
Provide information for no-frame browsers
Be Creative! Share your project with the class
