EAP
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP*) is a service providing help to employees and/or dependents who experience personal difficulties in their day to day life. Including:
  • family/marital problems
  • personal/interpersonal problems
  • financial difficulties
  • alcohol/drug dependency

The Plan is provided as a benefit the members of the Beverage and Brewery Local 67 Health and Welfare Plan by APS Healthcare.

 APS’ EAP includes:

  • 24/7 access to master's and doctorate-level life management consultants for assessment, consultation, referrals and follow up
  • Nationwide access to a network of specialty EAP providers, including certified substance abuse professionals and trauma response counselors
  • On-site and Web-based access to education and training services
  • Access to a seasoned team of workplace consultants who provide management consultation services, facilitate critical incident/trauma response services and manage complex cases such as policy or regulatory violations
  • Assistance with policy and procedure development that target the specific concerns and issues at each worksite
  • Comprehensive and customized program promotion
  • Analytical reporting

Work-life

APS offers both Web and telephonic access to a myriad of work-life services and products designed to assist employees in better managing their daily responsibilities. When combined with an EAP, these services offer an extensive level of support for employees and their dependents. APS’ work-life services include:

  • Child/eldercare resource and referral
  • Legal/financial resource and referral
  • Adoption resource and referral
  • Education resource and referral
  • Geriatric case management
  • Pre-school and after-school programs
