On April 1, 2009 Mr. Hildebeidel will be joining the
firm of Morris | Hardwick | Schnieder as the managing attorney for their Virginia office. MHS focuses on creditors'
rights, litigation, and real estate representation from over fifty offices in thirteen states. The existing office
of Kevin R. Hildebeidel, P.C. in Fairfax will be closed.
Existing clients should receive letters on this issue within the next
week. Arrangements can be made to collect files or have them destroyed as well as to address refund or transfer of retainers
by emailing KRHPC@aol.com . Mr. Hildebeidel extends his warmest appreciation to the friends and partners who have been with him for the
past eight years and hopes to see them again soon.
