We have parking to accommodate one guest vehicle plus a small trailered
boat, day-time visitor vehicle, or horse trailer. The grassy backyard bordering the tidal marsh is approximately 2,200
square feet in size and can accommodate picnics and animal exercise. It is not enclosed and local laws
require that pets be leashed.

Rates apply for two adults.
There is an additional charge of $50 per week/per additional occupant. Maximum
overnight occupancy is four adults or two adults plus children under 12.
Pets are negotiable. If accepted, there is an additional charge of $50/per week and an additional
$100 damage deposit.
A $200 per week/$800 per month reservation deposit will indicate your
preference for a week or month you desire, but your reservation is not guaranteed until full payment plus damage deposit clears.
The reservation deposit is refunded to you if you cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date. After that time,
we will refund it if someone else rents for that period.
*Note: We do offer a discount for multiple-month rentals.
