Love to sing?  Love to play an instrument?  Consider this an open invitation to join The Holy Trinity Contemporary Ensemble or the Holy Trinity Youth Choir!   The Holy Trinity Contemporary Ensemble is for adults in the parish who enjoy Contemporary Christian and Catholic music. While never turning our back on our rich traditional music heritage, our emphasis is on the modern repertoire.  Practices are Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00 in the church.  Along with the Cantor we lead the singing at the 9 am Family Liturgy about twice a month.   Our other duties include providing song leadership for Cornerstone Masses and Reconciliation Services, a Christmas Eve service and Living Stations on Good Friday.  We have musicians of all skill levels.   Everyone is welcome.  Check out the Contemporary Choir Schedule and the Calendar for Music at Masses posted on this website.    The Holy Trinity Youth Choir is for 6th – 12th graders.  We’re always looking for more singers and instrumentalists to round out our group.   No experience necessary – just a commitment to Music Ministry.  It’s fun and a great way to hone your musical skills.  In addition, membership in the Youth Choir is a great way to get service hours for Junior High and High School service requirements.  The Youth Choir also focuses on the Contemporary Christian and Catholic music repertoire.  Along with the Cantor we lead the singing at the 12 noon Teen Mass about twice a month.  Practices are Sunday afternoon from 5-6:15 in the church This is a once-a-week commitment – we either sing at noon mass on a Sunday or we have practice in the afternoon but not both.   At times during the year we join forces with the Contemporary Ensemble and lead the singing at a Christmas Eve service, Living Stations on Good Friday and all of the First Eucharist Celebrations in the Easter Season.  Check out the Youth Choir Schedule and the Calendar for Music at Masses posted on this website.   Both choirs are under the direction of Sara Hedgepeth.  Please call 654-0894 or email hedgehog5@veizon.net for more information.

Holy Trinity’s Parish Choir holds its regular practices on Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m. in the Choirloft. You are warmly invited to give serious, prayerful consideration to joining this dedicated, diverse, and loving group. We sing at the Sunday 10:30 Mass and for other special occasions, and do all kinds and styles of music. We admit that this is quite a commitment – no one is expected to have 100% attendance. BUT singing is GOOD for you physically, mentally, and spiritually! You will find yourself blessed far beyond the time and effort which you put into it. Promise!
