Suzanne G. Tice founded Tice Consulting in 2000 after a corporate human resources career of more than twenty years in five Fortune 500 firms spanning technology, finance, telecommunications, oil and retailing.

As an executive coach Suzanne has worked with clients on leadership development and performance improvement issues in diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, finance, utilities, consumer products and other service industries. Although the focus of client coaching engagements varies, much of her work has focused on emotional intelligence, style and interpersonal skill development, assimilation, and strategy issues.

 Her human resources and consulting experience includes design, development and delivery of management, leadership and professional development training, including use of survey feedback tools.  She is a skilled facilitator, both as a leader of training programs as well as in participatory programs for goal setting, strategic planning and team building.   Also, in addition to career coaching and outplacement work, she has directed major programs involving organizational analysis, talent management and succession planning, employee survey facilitation, change initiatives and performance management systems.

 A partial list of her clients includes: JP Morgan Chase, Citicorp, Moody’s Investors Service, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, MasterCard International, and Moneyline Telerate.  On an affiliate basis she has also supported clients including Readers Digest, Wyeth, Roche, Bristol Myers Squibb, Bayer, Federated, BDO Seidman, Nestle, Playtex, Societe Generale and Nestle.

Prior to her work as a consultant, Tice held key corporate HR positions with Moody’s Investors Service, Amerada Hess, ADP, Federated (Macy’s) and AT&T Solutions.  She also taught organizational behavior as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYU.

Tice holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Albany and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University.  Additionally she has completed coursework in intercultural studies at the Institute for Intercultural Communication, Portland, Oregon and coaching coursework at the Cape Cod & Albert Ellis Institutes.  She is certified in several assessment instruments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and is a licensed practitioner for the NBI™ whole brain assessment tools.
