This wonderful
piece is my favorite of all that I've done. I feel that this one touched a particular spirit, or in a sense
showed that I got all the way through, to "the other side". I can't say or explain what that means except to say, "Whew,
what a journey, ....I've got to show someone else". .....The Cool Cut

This piece above reflects my memory of a very close call I had returning to Arizona after coming
across the Mexican border on Christmas Eve in 1974. I had been riding with four friends in a old car and just a few miles
into the country, a policeman pulled us over and we spent the next 12 hours watching him pull every item out of all our bags
and packs and picking through every nook and cranny in the car looking for smuggled goods. The driver, whom we had only recently
met when he picked us up hitchhiking, did have some kind of pill stashed deep in his stuff. Well, we were told that it was
enough to put us all away for three years each, instead he'd give us a Christmas present and crushed the stuff into the desert
dust, and let us go. We sat there and watched the sunrise that Christmas, feeling like we just got the best present anyone
could ever ask for. I called it "Southwest Sunrise".

I created this piece in a round about way. I used a slow exposure
shot I took from the top of the World Trade Center in New York City. It was in the summer of 2000 and the film speed
was not right for such a dusky shot down toward the city lights below. I worked over another piece of graphic art I'd done
in 3-D of a spilled wooden bucket with steel handle and bands around it. That piece I distorted and superimposed it onto the
blurred city scape. A few filters, some lens flares later, and I liked what I found, particularly the shape of the
head in the lower right. I named it with the memory of the WTC and the disaster of the following summer in mind. I called
it, "Looking Up".

| Living on the Waters Edge |
I drew the drawing that became this piece
while riding on a train over the Ganges River in eastern India, near Calcutta in 1978. The concept at the time was to express
my understanding of the ebb and tide of the water surface, and how a breath of air reacts to that surface. Each bit of wind
on the water creates this feeling for me, and this is my version of that sense of action. When I looked at the pencil art
years later, I filtered it in my computer and found this wonderful and inspiring image which I think now is a more complete
picture of the feeling I felt so long ago. The colors I choose were at random, but have became a powerful way to show this
one, which I called "Living on the Waters Edge".

Giclee prints available on a variety of paper types and canvas. All pieces can be produced in many sizes,
including extremely large. Custom matting and framing service upon request and again any size considered. Fully
insured worldwide delivery service for all our pieces is happily arranged. And of course, a fully refundable purchase
agreement, if dissatisfied with any print, framing or delivery, is glady arranged as well. Prints are produced as giclee.
Giclee is the finest form of print technology available today. The crisp fine lines and vibrant color reproduction is unsurpassed
and is used exclusivly by all fine art producers throughout the world. Originally only generated on IRIS printers, the prints
can now be made on equipment that is more affordable to smaller reprographics companys. In turn, the output cost have
been greatly reduced so these fine pieces can be purchased for a fraction of what they were sold for only a few years ago.
The print life, or fade time, is now measured and guaranteed to last for up to two hundred years! Incredible as it seems,
(and who will check!) the manufacturers have done extensive testing to be able to stand behind such a statement. Anyhow, I
would like to think that my art will be around for a few centuries.

This one started
as a pencil sketch and over time it's evolved into the bright fish scene. I added a few angel fish and then the seahorse family.
My kids liked the octopus, who seemed to have the most personality. I think kids like it most of all. I like it
as a larger print, so, I produce it nearly poster size. I called it, "The Bowl"

The series of prints below are parts of a larger, actually smaller colored pencil drawing
I made in the winter of 2002. The weather had been so cold and dreary but the beach still had an appeal. I developed
this scene after a couple of visits to the island across the water, and had seen a few very colorful sunsets on the ferry
back home. Each shack on the pier I gave a different color, and along with the bright sunset, each piece has a
feeling of individuality yet remains connected in the big picture. I love these pieces, and the brightness they add to a space.
I called the whole piece, " The Pier".
