The Armor of God is an interactive dramatic activity NOT a typical play. Participants interview Biblical characters to discover the genuine pieces of the Armor of God described in Ephesians 6. But beware - not everyone is telling the truth! Will you be able to unravel the mystery or will you be deceived and thrown off track?

Two versions are available; one for a home party for 10-20 guests. The second is appropriate for any size youth group.

The Youth Group Event/Activity version is designed for adults or older teens to take the 10-12 character roles while an unlimited number of audience members are investigators. This version is appropriate for a youth group activity with either the teens hosting the party for younger guests or having it hosted for middle and high schoolers by adults. It can be a stand-alone activity or used as a launching point for a youth group all day or weekend retreat.

The Home Party version comes in a party format for guests 10-14 years of age. Ten to 12 of the guests are both investigators and Biblical characters with character information sheets they will use to play their roles and provide clue for their fellow investigators. The other guests (if more than 12 or if you are including younger children) play the roles of investigators only. The Armor of God mystery party game is less challenging and requires less preparation than the Youth Group version. It is suitable for any season but can be used as an alternative to traditional Halloween parties.

If interested you will receive a Host Packet giving you all the information needed to have a fantastic party that teaches the Word of God in a memorable and engaging manner. Host packet includes an overview, time line, instructions for the guests, customizable invitations, suggestions for casting, food, set and more. The Character Information Packet has dialogue, costuming suggestions and more for 10 -12 characters. The Reproducibles packet includes Investigative Sheets, awards and other materials in an easy to reproduce format . The Youth Group Event/Activity kit includes an optional Devotional Packet. Based on the experience of solving the mystery and Biblical information learned the Devotional Packet includes discussion questions, sample formats for the devotional (or series of lessons for follow up later on).
