From Jerusalem to Jericho: The Good Samaritan Interview

The story of the Good Samaritan (from Luke 10) presented as an on the air interview with puppets. (Can be adapted for humans). Discusses the differing philosophies of life from What’s yours is mine and I’m going to take it to what’s mine is yours because it’s all from God.  Audience interactive.  Nine roles (double and triple casting possible), run time 12-15 minutes depending on audience interaction.

Interviews with Camels

Vontrice the Veterinarian, host of Animal World, interviews several camels.  Stories include  Jacob flees from Laban, the last 4 plagues and the Queen of Sheba visits Solomon.  Roles: 3-4, runtime 15 minutes combined.

Interviews with Donkeys

Four skits are suitable for puppets.  Vontrice Veterinarian interviews different donkeys from the Bible on her TV show - Animal World. Includes information on how God created donkeys to survive and serve, Noah's ark, Abraham sacrificing Isaac, Joseph in Egypt, Balaam's talking donkey and the New testament accounts of Jesus flight into Egypt and his triumphant entry.  The fifth skit is a reader's theater version of Balaam's donkey with parts for up to 21 readers.  Two songs and a link to an online game is included.  Run times vary between 4 and 7 minutes for the puppet skits and 15 minutes for the reader's theater version.

Lyrics to two songs and a battleship style review game are included.  Runtime is approximately 12-15 minutes depending on audience interaction.

Would go well with a science lesson on animal adaptations.

Parable of the Talents

The parable in Matthew 25:14-30 is presented with 4 modern applications. (one involving ships, another cars, a third babysitting pet fish and the last time).  Each one has 5 characters, audience reflection questions and a run time of approximately 3 minutes.
