The Maccoby Group, working with Fran Nurthen, Dr. Ed Link, and others from the Corps, designed this seminar’s content, agenda, and slides.  It is based on the Learning Organization Doctrine which was designed around Maccoby Group concepts and principally authored by Dr. Margolies, along with Mr. Nurthen, Dr. Link, and others from the Corps’ Learning Advisory Board (LAB).  During 2003 - 2004 Dr. Margolies, with Fran Nurthen and Dr. Ed Link, taught the seminar ten times in the regular and on-site versions.
