The picture below is the final product of my '69 Road Runner that replaced my '71 B'cuda ragtop.
Notice the 'Cuda door handles and same color scheme. Below is what it looked like when I brought it home. I put in a 440/727
from a '68 Chrysler 300 and hooked it up to a 323 geared posi. I managed to get 17 miles to the gallon on the highway!
So I sold it to build a three car garage. I replaced it
with a '70 Charger that I never built. I sold that and bought a '69 Coronet. see the story to the right>>>>

I paid the kid $700 for this very
solid 90k mile three owner 318 Coronet 440. His father sold me the Imperial for $150. Can you see where this is going?? You
guessed it...Wanna-Bee. The vinyl top is coming off with a little rust under it and the front seat needs to be redone. Of
course the original paint is beyond compounding.
I pulled the engine and trans out of the Imperial and set it
under the hood of the Coronet for safe keeping. As of June of 2004 I finished my Fury...I have had the Coronet for
9 years now and still haven't started on it, although I have picked up an entire fresh air set-up from the chrome bezels all
the way to the fresh air cable for under the dash! ......One day.......
