Due to the custom nature all the leads & collars they are non-refundable. However, I stand behind the workmanship of the leads & collars and will work with you if there are any issues.

If you are unsure of what you would like, size of collar - lead length - colors, I would be happy to work with you to help you decide what the best combination for your lead and collar.
