St. Cyril of Alexandria School is a Catholic parish school celebrating over 75 years of educating children
who “enter to learn and leave to serve”! St. Cyril’s School has been serving the children and families of
the Brighton Heights Community of the City of Pittsburgh since 1929. The close generational ties of the school family are
reflected in the student population that boasts grandchildren and great-grandchildren of St. Cyril’s graduates.
We
reflect the mission of our patron, St. Cyril, who served the Church and its people. St. Cyril’s school serves its children
by fostering religious values, strengthening each student’s sense of self and respect for others and providing the tools
and talents to achieve academic success. St. Cyril’s welcomes families seeking a God-centered, safe and nurturing environment
in which to educate their children.
