Dear Mr. Vice President, and Members of the Senate & House,
My thanks to those among you who have responded to my faxing of my 31 January 2005 letter to Chief Justice
Rehnquist on the JFK Assassination, George Bush & the Middle East. Still, it seems that Special Prosecutor Patrick
FitzGerald is yet unaware of my finding expressed in the closing paragraph of my letter to the Chief Justice in which "I note
that the Talmudic Law of the Moser, or Law of the Jewish Informer, is essentially a covenant prohibiting a Jew from informing
on another Jew to a non-Jew, which is diametrically opposed to the adversarial process of our own legal system and therefore
conducive toward obstruction of justice. Furthermore, among employees at all levels in our intelligence and law enforcement
communities, the Law of the Moser constitutes an impediment to frank and uninhibited exchanges of information in the discharge
of their duties and therefore poses a threat to our national security....." Just to be sure, please pass this fax on
to Mr. FitzGerald immediately. It may well be that Mr. Libby of Mr. Cheney's office is the source of the fatal leak
about Mrs. Wilson. You, Mr. Cheney, were once upon a time known as a frequent flyer to CIA Headquarters in Langley and
having a preoccupation with fixing the intelligence about WMDs in Iraq, which certainly would have raised your and your consigliere
Mr. Libby's awareness of Mrs. Wilson's status. Inasmuch as the Talmudic Law of the Moser is as real as the Mafioso code
of Omerta, and that Ms. Miller and Mr. Libby, I am apprised, are both Jewish, Mr. FitzGerald would be at a severe disadvantage
without this knowledge. But none of this is nearly as interesting to me as the missing or withheld 9/11 video surveillance
tapes of ALL the passengers boarding the ill-fated flights at Logan, Newark and Dulles International Airports.
