NEW YORK - 26 December 2005 Citizen of the USA Stephen M. St. John addresses
the international community, the US Congress and other interested parties and advises all that reports of National Security
Agency eavesdropping on telephone calls and e-mails of members of the United Nations Security Council and citizens
and alien residents in the USA and around the globe should not be their only cause of concern. Rather, Citizen
St. John points to the diabolical technology of telephonic voice impersonation, or voice mimicry, whereby a targeted
subject whose voice has been pre-recorded and whose voice-data have been installed in the software, can be made to sound
like him or herself when in fact a trained intelligence officer, agent, technician or unspecified criminal is
really doing the talking. As a general example, the Lebanese singer Farouz can speak into a device and sound
like a hotshot Al-Assad to the person taking the call. Or, Ariel Sharon, with a smattering of Arabic could
sound like the late Elie Hobeika in a short, urgent call. A Canadian professor of mathematics, A. Kee Dewdney, (www.physics911.net ), after having demonstrated the utter impossibility of cell phone calls alleged to have been made by passengers aboard
the allegedly hijacked planes of 9/11, presents a masterful practical criticism of language used in transcripts
of their supposed conversations and concludes that the conspirators, while having voices that sounded truly authentic to
those that they called, lacked the wits necessary for a convincing impersonation and betray themselves with
their own words. Citizen St. John points to the possiblity of telephonic voice impersonation as a hitherto unknown
factor in many crimes committed over the past decades. Citizen St. John, for the sake of justice and of peace,
calls for a United Nations International Independent Investigation Commission to discover what really happened on
9/11 and to bypass a corrupt, war-mongering Bush Cabal.

P.S. Our nation owes a debt of gratitude to Professor Dewdney and the Scientific Panel Investigating
Nine-Eleven for having created a very excellent website on unresolved issues of 9/11 at www.physics911.net. Please visit there and support their efforts.
