Dyno-Mill Multi-Lab Media Mill

Red Head Laboratory Vertical Mills
- Simple, economical and capable of producing small-lot dispersions. Laboratory Mills are easily adapted for operation
on a utility drill press with a 2 H.P. explosion-proof motor and a spindle speed of 2400 rpm, or with our CB Mills Laboratory
Power Stand. All have stainless steel contact parts with either cast alloy or nylon agitators. Laboratory Mills
are ideal for checking quality of incoming materials.
EXAKT 50 - The EXAKT 50 3-Roll Mill is the workhorse in any
product development lab. Its compact size and compact price make it ideal for dispersing small amounts of pigment or chemicals
in inks, pastes, thick films, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products and many more applications.
Eastern Laboratory Stirrers -
We offer a complete selection of variable and constant speed benchtop mixers for a wide range of laboratory applications.
These overhead stirrers are well suited for heavy duty, continuous operation for a variety of experimental, pilot plant and
light industrial applications. Volumes range from 1 liter to 100 liters and viscosities of up to 5000 cps. Optional impellers
are available to meet a variety of process goals including high shear, gas dispersion, fluid motion and solid suspension.
Eastern Sanitary Lab Stirrers –
This lab mixer is ideal for product formulation and scale-up in sanitary environments where low shear is desirable. The paint
free stainless steel air powered motor is the most compact available and offers ½ HP at 50-1180 rpm.

CM-100 Laboratory Dispersers -
Available in 1 and 1.5 HP, these precision crafted disperser allows you to mix, disperse and emulsify in quantities from a
100 CC's, up to 2-3 gallons. Ultra high speed, and a choice of impellers, rotor/stator attachment, and media mill attachment makes
this a versatile piece of equipment for every laboratory. The standard machine comes with a standard Type 1 style high
speed disperser blade, with optional impeller sizes from 1" up to 2.5". Options include digital tachometer, mix container
holder, and digital feedback electronic speed controller for constant speed.
COWLES Laboratory High Speed Dispersers and Multi-Shaft Mixers – Single
shaft dispersers for light to medium viscosity materials, and Multi-shaft mixers for high viscosity and heavy-bodied materials.
Multi-shaft mixers are typically equipped with a high speed disperser, low speed anchor-type sweep, and alternate intermediate
blade - gate blades and helical augers are available. Laboratory mixers are scalable to pilot and production, are vacuum
and pressure capable, variable speed, and can be supplied with or without tanks.
Vorti-Siv Laboratory Vibratory Sieving and Straining Machines
– Units range from 8", 10" and 12", single and multiple deck systems, variable speed, and in-line sieves available.
Units can be used on powders, slurries and liquids. Pharmaceutical grade machines offer high polished stainless steel
parts, FDA approved elastomers, and FDA documentation and certificates upon request.
