Dyno-Mill Horizontal Media Mills
– The Dyno-Mill KD series is a continuously operating bead mill with a horizontal grinding container for dispersion
and finest wet grinding. Available in all sizes, from a small laboratory model to a production mill with 600 liter volume.
Parts that contact the product and are subject to wear
are available in a variety of materials including hardened steel, stainless steel, and chrome plated stainless steel. Also
available in polyurethane, tungsten carbide and ceramic.
The Dyno-Mill is suitable for use in the chemical, agrochemical,
pigments and dyestuffs, paints and inks, coatings and fillers, and microbiology industries. Features include flexible design,
easy maintenance, compact base design, quiet operation, unique separation system, high efficiency, simple operation, and seal

Red Head Tank Washing Systems –
Cleans tanks, totes and drums with openings from 8" to 80" diameter, and handles vessels from 34" to 80" high. Comply with
OSHA requirements and protect employees from dangers of manual cleaning. Fully automatic controls minimizes operator involvement.
Can be combined with a Red Head Solvent Recovery System to create a completely sealed Closed-Loop Cleaning and Solvent Recovery
System.
An efficient tank washing system can save thousands
of dollars in labor and worker's liability insurance, and provide better quality product by assuring an absolutely clean tank
after every batch. "Red Head" tank washers use a high pressure, high volume, high impact spray technique to insure cleanliness to a few microns.
CB Mills also provides smart solutions to the cleaning of fixed tanks using this same advanced "silent-jet" technology. Tanks
from 50 to 2000 gallons can be accommodated.
Red Head Solvent Recovery Systems
– Converts hazardous waste to pure reusable solvent. Features include distillation temperatures ranging from 100º to
550º F , vacuum capabilities which allows you to recover material with boiling points higher than 400º F, computer, PLC and
multi-backup systems provide a safe and functional working environment on all types of products, all units are pre-assembled,
tested and shipped in 2 sections. Installation time is typically less than 8 hours including utilities.
