This page shows how I relocated the FSD under the front bumper to insure it was running in the coolest air possible.

This is what one has to do when you have a failure on the road and happen to be carring a Heath replacement FSD mounting. I strapped the replacement in and drove home. 
 
Once home  I mounted the FSD and Cooling Plate up under the front bumper as shown in the next 3 pictures

I have had 2 FSD fail while mounted on a Beta cooler attached to the air intake. Each lasted about 50,000 miles. If heat is the cause of these failures I trust this location will overcome the problem.
