Vocational

Services enable individuals to (re)enter the job market and maintain employment. A person's interests, skills, and employment goals are assessed. Jobs are explored and evaluated in an attempt to place individuals in jobs which provide growth and advancement as employment continues. Support is offered during placement, orientation, and transistion. Additional support is available when needed to maintain employment, or to assist in problem solving or resolution of additional stress that may effect work performance.

Charles County Freedom Landing provides a range of services to assist adults with serious persistent emotional disorders. Services are designed to use all available resources to enhance each person's sense of well being; empower the person to contribute in a positive way to personal growth and community.
