Actor Charlton Heston died on April
5th.
One of Hollywoods finest actors died last
Friday, Charlton Heston.
with so many great films under his belt including
Ben-Hur, The Ten Commandments and the original Planet of the apes movie.
he was suffering from the last stages of Alzheimer's
disease, Heston's wife of 64 years, Lydia, was at his side at the time of his death, according to the family statement.
Heston is survived by a son, a daughter
and three grandchildren.
Charlton Heston was 84 years old.
such a great actor with tons of masterpieces
in cinema history, he will be greatly missed.

Its been over a year since Toshiba released
HD-DVD and Sony released BLU-RAY.
but it looks like Toshiba has had enough of
the so called hd disc war and finally threw in the towel, which leaves many people who bought HD-DVD players and movies out
in the cold.
about a year ago I mentioned here to many
how important it is to wait to see which format would win but of coarse many decided to buy into HD-DVD.
certain movies were exclusive titles only
available to the HD-DVD line up including The Transformers movie, but no need to fear BLU-RAY owners, Transformers is on the
way as well as Batman Begins and many others that only cameout to HD-DVD.
here is some more info on the rise and fall
of HD-DVD, damn that was quick, I have never seen a format come into the light and fall so quickly, not even 10 years ago
when DVD and Divx was going at it, we all know who won that war.
next time people do yourself a favor and listen
to me when I say wait when new hi-tech stuff hit the market, now HD-DVD owners out there and you know who you are just got
screwed by Toshiba.

Roy Scheider was battling multiple myeloma,
a certain type of cancer.
Scheider died Sunday at the University of
Arkansas for Medical Sciences hospital in Little Rock.

Heath Ledger has been confimed last week as a deadly cocktail mix overdose of prescription drugs (ambien and anxiety

Appleseed: Ex Machina, the sequel
to Appleseed is coming to DVD and HI-DEF on March 11!
I seen the sequel and believe me is just as
awesome as the first Anime movie, as a matter of fact its better, crisp and vivid, fluid animation, better enemies,
great CGI effects, wicked action and more, the Hi-Def version has got to be even more spectacular.
The funny thing is that this anime movie is
better than the live action movies that are in theaters now.
This anime movie kicks ass!
Remember when the Final Fantasy movie cameout some years
back?
well, it was just eye-candy but the script was lame, not
Appleseed Ex Machina. both CGI and script are great.
I tell you what, if you have a Blu-Ray Hi-Definition home
theater setup at home, this is one great movie to show off your system, so get ready to make that popcorn and drinks,
sitback and enjoy a great movie experience.

You know the saying when an actor dies, they
die in three's, its so true, well this weekend the son of the late Marlon Brando was found dead.
Christian Brando who had a few acting jobs died
on Saturday of pneumonia, Christain was better known with his brushes with the law, from domestic violence to manslaughter.
Christian Brando was 49 years old.

Yesterday actor Heath Ledger's wake was viewed private
for family and friends at the Frank E. Campbell funeral home in Manhattan
some new information has been uncovered in
the past few days that may have been a factor in the death of Heath, like the masseuse that found Heath unconscious in
his loft apartment, instead of her calling 911 she instead called "Full House" actress Mary-Kate Olsen, she wasted 9 minutes
talking to the actress instead of calling 911, now I ask you why in the world did the masseuse waste time calling her instead
of 911?!!!
that doesn't make any sense whatsoever, I
tell you she must of have her brains in her ass to do something so stupid.
valuable time was wasted and that time could've
been used to bring the actor back from his unconscious, by the time the idiot masseuse called 911 and paramedics arrived to help Heath, it
was already too late.
it is known that Heath was in cardiac
arrest by the time the paramedics showed up but with all their efforts to revive the actor, he died.
also more than 9 different medications were
found at Heath's apartment to help him sleep and to help with his anxiety.
heres a play by play account of what took
place that day as mentioned on cnn.com.
"At 1 p.m. Tuesday, Ledger's housekeeper
went into his bedroom to change a light bulb, saw him sleeping and heard what she thought was snoring. The masseuse showed
up for Ledger's massage appointment at about 2:45 p.m., knocked on his door and called his cell phone at 3 p.m. to wake him
up, police said.
After setting up her massage table, she
tried to wake Ledger and realized something was wrong.
That was when events took a strange turn.
At 3:17 p.m., she made a 49-second call
to Olsen. At 3:20 p.m., she made another call, lasting 1 minute and 39 seconds. At 3:24 p.m., another call to Olsen. That
one lasted 21 seconds.
Then, at 3:26 p.m., Wolozin called 911.
At some point during the frenzy, Olsen,
who was in California, summoned her personal security guards to the apartment to help, police said.
Paramedics arrived at 3:33 p.m. and actually
went up in the elevator to the apartment with Olsen's security guards. Paramedics did not allow the security guards into the
bedroom where Ledger died, and they declared him dead at 3:36 p.m. -- 19 minutes after the first call to Olsen.
The masseuse called Olsen a final time at
3:34 p.m. The duration of that call was unknown.
Messages left at telephone numbers listed
for Wolozin were not returned. Her name is not listed on the New York State Education Department's Web site, which tracks
licensed health care professionals.
Among the qualifications for a massage therapy
license in New York is CPR certification; police had said an emergency operator provided Wolozin directions on how to perform
CPR on Ledger, but it was too late. Practicing massage in New York without a license is a felony that can result in fines
or jail time.
Ledger told The New York Times in November
that his recent work on the films "The Dark Knight" and "I'm Not There" had been stressful, and that he was struggling with
sleeplessness and had taken the sleeping pill Ambien.
Ledger received an Oscar nomination
for his role as a gay cowboy in 2005's "Brokeback Mountain," one of several acclaimed for the actor in recent years. He plays
the Joker in the Batman flick "The Dark Knight," set to come out later this year.
Before moving to Manhattan, Ledger lived
with then-girlfriend Michelle Williams in Brooklyn. Ledger split last year with Williams, who played his wife in "Brokeback."
The two had a daughter, 2-year-old Matilda.
Williams and Matilda returned to their Brooklyn
home Wednesday evening from Sweden. The 27-year-old actress had been there shooting scenes for the upcoming film "Mammoth,"
said Martin Stromberg, a spokesman for film production company Memfis Film."
all I can say is this has to be the dumbest
masseuse ever, even a person that trips and falls on the sidewalk and gets hurt, any stranger would call 911 and help that
person not a actress or dominoe's pizza.
may that have been a factor of Heath's death,
maybe but still its just common sense, if someone is hurt, sick, unconscious, whatever, call 911 its as simple as that, use
your brains people.
2 more wake's are scheduled this week for Heath ,
one in california and in australia where he will be laid to rest.
and for The Dark Knight movie, good news its finished
and in the summer of this year you will see Heath in one of his finest performances ever, you seen the trailers, he nails
it good, great joker and I can't wait to see it and I know you want to as well.

The Dark Knight now with Heath's death, like if it was really needed, The Dark Knight will be a hugh blockbuster no matter
what, even if Heath Ledger would not have died, its just a great franchise and with a great Director, actors and cool special

is out and Meet the spartans, a comedy based on the 300 movie, spider-Man 3 and other things and by the trailers I've seen
both movies are great to see this weekend, action and comedy, looks to be a great weekend just make sure you bundle up, its

MORE ON THE DEATH OF ACTOR HEATH LEDGER.
An autopsy was done today on Heath Ledger
and the results cameback inconclusive.
A rolled up twenty dollar bill was also found
around the body of Heath and was tested for drug residue but none was found.
The bottle of sleeping pills found near the
body was Ambien which is a sleeping aid and a anxiety medication was also found, it was known that Heath had sleeping problems
and only slept and hour a night and used these medications to sleep.
as for a suicide, its still is a mystery but
no suicide note or anything mentioning he wanted to take his own life was found around him or anywhere in his loft
apartment in New York.
there was no foul play in the death of Heath
Ledger.
the night before his death it was reported
that he threw a party and most likely drank some alcohol beverages.
it may just be an accident that took the life
of Heath with possibly having alcohol in his system from that night and taking sleeping medications to sleep may
have taken the life of the young actor.
I'm just taking a wild guess on this but this
may be the cause of his death and as many of all know mixing alcohol with sleeping pills is a recipe for disaster, a very
deadly combination.
or he accidently overdosed by taking to many sleeping
pills cause he just could not get a goodnight sleep which also was a factor in the death of Anna Nicole Smith.
a cause of death on Heath Ledger will
be announced in 10 to 12 days as more test are needed to be done on his blood work by the New York medical examiner.

reports has been said that the actor has died

mystery on the death of heath Ledger will be known.
not since the death of Kurt Cobain and River Phoenix
has an actor died way to early and having so much to offer as a great actor or musician, its really tragic.
now the question is, what will happen to the
new Batman movie, is it complete?
will it be postponed?

My review of cloverfield.
Where can I start?
ok, here goes, its a piece of shit, period!
If you were fortunate enough missing
this awful movie over the weekend then your a lucky son of a gun, cause believe me when I tell you that this has to be one
of the worst most overhyped movies ever conceived.
so much secrets, mystery and suspense over this
movie that when it finally makes it's debut for people to watch it turns out to be one of this years worst movies, what a
way to start the new year, huh.
anyway, if you seen the trailers for cloverfield
you most likely seen the party clips and someone filming friends and whatnot having a good time partying then the explosen
and destruction in downtown Manhatten, everyone is running to the roof to find out whats going on?
anyhoo, thats pretty much how the whole movie
is shot through a homemade video camera, remember the movie the blairwitch project, well guess what, this
is shot in the same fashion, with the same old annoying camera views and cut scenes and constant camera movement that makes
you get dizzy and wish the bastard would hold the camera steady, really awful camera views.
its just J.J Abrams version of his own wannabe
Godzilla movie without the reptile and trust me when the monster is finally revealed you will be saying what the fuck is that,
what is this crap!
you'll be saying why, why did I spent
money on this piece of shit movie!
the movie is also short just to warn you ahead of time
which in a way is a good thing cause this movie does suck, lol.
Cloverfield is really a waste of your time
and money and must be avoided by all cost, this is one movie that I can honestly say don't see it, you'll regret it, save
your money for Rambo or better yet rent or buy a decent Godzilla movie, its your best bet.

that I saw and feel it should be given a chance to see.
the Bionic woman is a rehashed version of the 1976 version, and this time the creators go all out with top notch special
effects, good actors, and action.
this is not your momma's bionic woman, this one
has a new hot leading lady Michelle Ryan who plays Jaime Sommers aka the bionic woman, who in the debut episode
plays a bartender, she also has to watch over her younger sister who is deaf, oops, did I say deaf, well in the original pilot
that I saw she did have a deaf sister that is now placed by a new female actor who now isn't deaf, wow that sucks when
they cut you off a show, but have no fear if you haven't seen it I will show it here soon, promise.
anyway, while going out with her genius doctor boyfriend
she is hit by a truck driven by the first and now evil bionic women that critically injures her and thats where her boyfriend
takes over and replaces her missing legs, arm, eye and ear with bionics.
as jaime awakens from her coma she freaks out as
she thinks shes a monster and her boyfriend tries to calm her down, goodluck buddy.
the bionic surgeons work for some secret goverment agency
that wants to recruit and train jaime for their new top secret super soilder but jaime's boyfriend has other plans for
her.
throughout the rest of the show jaime fight against
another bionic woman (you know the actress from Battlestar Galactica) that goes psycho and uses her powers to kill anyone
that gets in her way, she is controlled by a mystery man that has evil plans of his own, but what are they and is he
also bionic?

The Brave One is just another rehashed, recycled 1970's
movie with a new title and cast with a female as the vigilante, also is New York that bad that a new vigilante movie should
be made, was this really necessary.
The Brave one is a sterotypic movie filmed in parts of
Harlem which portrays that area as so bad with panhandlers, drug addics, and violent gangs, hello thats everywhere, besides
have you've been in Harlem lately?
its starting to look like downtown New York with
all the white people moving in the neighborhoods, condo's getting built and cleaner streets, hey people are even picking up
the shit after their dogs, I would say Harlem has moved on up so why bring back
the bad side of New York like its the 1970's and 80's again?

this year and last, you should have waited, why...cause microsoft is releasing the new XBOX360 ELITE!
yes, here we go again, just when you thought
you had all the newest systems and you thought you were all that, think again, lol.
