Instructions:
1. Read the terms of agreement thoroughly.  E-mail us if there are any questions.
 
2. Send the whole completed agreement to Doug Reed (address to be provided after rental availability identified)

3. Send payment including security with the agreement.  

4. Once approved the owner will return the signed agreement. Availability is not confirmed until we receive the agreement with balance due.

 Three bedroom, furnished cottage, on 3/4 acre lot
 Beds, #1: queen; #2: double; #3: bunk beds; + sofa bed in the living room
 165' Lake Champlain frontage
 Dock and one boat mooring
 Owls Head Bay
 Clean linens provided
Utilities provided:
 Propane, electricity, water and telephone
 Telephone available for local calls
 Kitchen equipped for summer use, including dinnerware and utensils;  no dishwasher
 Electric stove and oven plus microwave oven
 TV, VCR
 Washing machines and dryers available at country store  
Limited to six-person occupancy
 No pets allowed
 

Terms and Arrangements:  
Saturday to Saturday (one week, Sun to Sat for multiple weeks) , owner to meet renters 4 PM first Sat.; 11 AM   on final Sat.  Departure by 11 am.
Key available from owner on first Sat.
Rent - $1295 per week all inclusive
Rent payable with forwarding of this rental agreement form
Rent refundable with 45 days notice, minus $300 cancellation fee; otherwise not refundable
Security Deposit - $500 payable with forwarding of this rental agreement
   - refundable within 14 days from departure
Owner reserves right of access to his boats
Important - 5 MPH Speed Limit on Lakeside Lane
 

By signature below, the renter agrees to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for claims made by renter or on renters behalf regarding renter, renter's family and guests for activities on the Lake, beach, property and renter's watercraft.
 

Owners reserve the right to refuse rental applications on any grounds.
