Founder's Mixed Sectionals 2005

Hello Potential Founders Mixed Captains:

One month to Club Mixed Sectionals for NJ/PA/DE(Sept.
17-18 in Marlton, NJ)! As a reminder for
newer teams, the gender ratio for the Club Mixed
Division is 4M/3W or 3M/4W, offense chooses. I am
expecting 8-12 teams of varying levels of
competitiveness. Tourney fee is $100 per team, due
ASAP to me (not UPA).

Rosters were due to UPA by August 26.
Failure to have rosters in by next
Friday results in a $50 late fee. Up to 2
players can be added after August 26 (some exceptions
apply for college-based teams) without having to pay the late fee. No rosters will be accepted at the tournament this year.

Have all of your players renew / join the UPA (cost -
$40) ASAP if they haven't already done so for calendar
year 2005. They can do this at
https://www.upa.org/members/login.php. All players
must also have submitted a waiver to UPA in 2005 in
order to play on September 17.

You will need the following information for each
player on your team before submitting your team with
the online rostering system. You can, however, start
the process of entering your team before you have all
of your information.

PLAYER INFORMATION NEEDED
First and last name
UPA number
Email address (optional)

*If you are adding new UPA members to your roster,
each of those players must create a UPA account and
pay dues before they can be added to your roster. This
process can take up to 2 days, so please plan
accordingly.

Other information you will need:
Championship series event, Club
Mid-Atlantic Region
Founder's Section

Don't click "Submit" on your roster until you are
reasonably sure that it is the final version.

Let me know of any problems with this - it's a new
system, but I think in the long-term it will be more
efficient than the old way of doing things.

Other roster notes:
a. At least 50% of the team's players must reside in
the section in which the team is competing (NJ / PA /
DE)
b. At least 75% of the team's players must reside in
the region in which the team is competing (NJ / PA /
DE / MD / DC / VA / WV / NC)
c. No more than 5 players on a roster may be from
outside the region where the team is competing.
