New for this year -- online roster submittal

There’s an announcement up on the UPA Home Page www.upa.org to let folks know that they can access the new system. Please check that out first. Make sure you have read through the Rostering 101 document at http://www.upa.org/club/rostering_101 and the Series Guidelines at http://www.upa.org/club/2005_club/series_guidelines for more some general information about the online rostering system and how it fits into the Series. Pay special attention to the General Team Info section of the guidelines, which outlines the rules for registration. Some of these are quite different than in previous years, so please be aware or ask the Sectional Coordinator if you have any questions.

Keep in mind the following important registration items that are different for this year’s Series:

- - Early (Aug 26^th) and late (in most cases the Wed before sectionals) registration deadlines

- Teams MUST use the online system if registering after the Aug 26^th early deadline

- Players and teams MUST be added by the late registration deadline (they may not be added at the tournament)

- In order to add new UPA members to a roster, captains must first create an online account at https://www.upa.org/members/login.php
