Registration
Swimmers must be registered before they can participate in practices, meets, or other PTSC activities. Registration
includes completion of the registration agreement and medical information forms, completion of USS registration forms and
payment of annual USS Fee, payment of the PTSC volunteer escrow fee and payment of annual dues in full or according to the
payment plan option.

Payment Plan Option
Families may choose to defer the annual dues payment. All other fees (meet escrow and USS registration) must
be paid in full at registration.
The payment schedule is as follows: 1/3 at registration, 1/3 on Oct 31, and the final 1/3 on Dec 31.
New families who join between Dec 1 and Feb 1st can defer the Dues portion of their fee with 1/3
due at registration, 1/3 due Jan 31st and 1/3 due by Feb 28th.
Failure to pay on schedule will result in termination of PTSC privileges until the dues are paid.
A late fee of $25 per month per swimmer will also be assessed. If fees remain unpaid, meet escrow fees will be retained
and credited toward the unpaid balance.
