OG: 1.065  FG:  1.014    IBU:  28.7   10 gal
 
Grains:   Marris Otter Pale Malt   14 lb
               Flaked Corn                      3 lb
               Biscuit Malt                     2 lb
               Special Roast                   2 lb
               Black Pat.                        .25 lb
               Molasses                           .5  lb
 
Mash at 154 degrees for 45 min. and 168 for 90 min. @ 1.2 qrts/lb   Boil for 90 minutes add Molasses at start
Hops:  Goldings 1 oz for 60 min
            Goldings 1.5 oz for 45 min
            Goldings 1 oz for 30 min
            Amarillo 1 oz for 5 min
Ferment: Primary 6 days @ 70 degrees  Secondary 9 days degrees  Abv 6.75%

Yeast:  WYeast 1968 (starter)
