Big Brew 2006

Big Brew 2006 started with 55 lbs of grain mashed into a new and improved "Brute" garbage can. Everything went smooth from start to end. All Jimmy's designs worked without flaw. With one large volume of the same wort everyone went to their own stations to brew a different brew by adding their own hops, yeast and adjuncts. After bottling everyone will split their cases and get a nice variety pack of brew. More pictures are coming soon as well as a short video of the event and everyone's individual recipe.
