A Lewis Ave Classic from 2001

10 gal   OG: 1.044  FG:  1.014   IBU: ?
 
Grain:   Pilsner Malt  18 lb
             Crystal 10L     1 lb
             Mash @ 122 for 30 min. and 155 for 60 min
 
Hops:    4.25oz  Saaz for 60 min.
               2 oz  Saaz for 2 min.
Yeast:   WYeast  2278
 
Fermentation:   The fermentation of this great lager is unknown. (before good note taking)  This was one of the best beers Lewis Ave Brewery ever made and never duplicated again. Use your imagination to ferment. This recipe must be all grain.
