This is an APA using fresh hops harvested out of our gardens.  An annual APA brew.
 
OG: 1.052   FG:  1.012   Est. IBU:  45   10 Gal.
 
Grains:    Pale Malt   17 lb
                Crystal 60L  1 lb
                Munich         1 lb
                Victory        .5 lb
                Wheat          .5 lb
            Mash @ 154 for 60 min. and sparge
Hops:   (Homegrown Hops, picked and dried)
               Willamette   .5 oz @ 60 min
               Chinook        1 oz  @ 60 min
               Perle            .5 oz  @  45 min
               Fuggle         .5 oz  @  30 min
              Cascade         1 oz   dry hopping
Yeast:    WYeast  1322  Northwest Ale
 
Ferment at normal ale temperature until brew is ready!
              

This brew changed season to season depending on the crop.
