Our Own Brewery

Our brewery
was created in room to the rear of a garage. The room has a window and two doors. One of our first, and most difficult,
task was to get plumbing and a sink into the brewery. Neither of us being plumbers, the wife was a little nervous when
we shut the water off in the house and started working. After much yelling and cursing, we accomplished our task.
We also ran electric into the room and that's a whole different story.

Over the past years we have accumulated a lot of equipment. We have 8 carboys for fermenting
and about 25 kegs to tap. A refractometer, PH meter, counter-pressure bottle filler, 5 seperate taps, 6 CO2 tanks, scales and
an infinite number of hoses, buckets, stones, bottles, etc.
