We have been brewing for about 6 years.  We are on a quest to make that perfect brew.  Our adventure has taken us from kits to making our own brewery.  We have built and designed almost all of our equipment.  Our quest has not just been to make good beer, but to make the thing that makes good beer.  We are constantly changing and creating new equipment.  We have never stopped learning and probably never will.  The following links are how we brew and our equipment.  The picture above is Ray and Dave at a brewery tour.  That is not our equipment, we could only pretend and wish it was.
