Our villa is centrally located on Hilton Head Island between Sea Pines, Shipyard and
Palmetto Dunes Plantations. It is just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean on South Forest Beach Drive. A favorite destination
for guests wanting easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, bike rentals and entertainment. Coligny Plaza is less than
a five-minute walk. The bike path runs directly in front of the building.
The villa is on the second floor (the
third floor of the building as the parking garage is at ground level); a balcony with table and chairs overlooks the
lagoon and well-manicured grounds.
On-site pool and two tennis courts, covered parking and elevators. Amenities include
full kitchen, ice-maker, washer and dryer, and central air. Towels and bed linens (for master bedroom) are included.
The living room has a TV with DVD/VCR player and a separate CD music system; the bedroom has a second TV with a VCR
player.

Rents from Saturday to Saturday during special events and June through
Labor Day.
