Trio is our new cat. She is about half tabby and about half white, I haven't done a statistical measurement. She is very curious and quite affectionate. She has the cat habit of using my hand to pet her when it is available and she is in the mood.

Her favorite toy is a plastic twistoff bottle cap, preferably the size that comes on coke bottles, not those shallow water bottle things. she picks it up with her lower jaw and walks around with it hanging down like a beard.

And she will fetch it. This was pretty much her own idea. When we throw it, she brings it back and drops it near by, not actually in our hand, unless we force the issue. Most of the time it is in front of us or at our feet. Sometimes she chooses a general area like the rug in front of the couch or somewhere on the bed.

She will play for hours if we cooperate.

Never saw a cat fetch before.
