A complete AFK Combat and Survival experience macro set

To set this up put the following in your function slots in the same toolbar

F1 = Weapon 1 - Ranged Weapon (preferably the one you will use with a bleed type shot)

F2 = Weapon 2 - Ranged or Melee Weapon you want to get experience in

F3 = ATTACK macro below

F4 = CYCLE THROUGH TARGET macro below

F5 = The LOOT macro below

F6 = The HEAL macro belowWhen you start this macro have a few inventory slots open in your MAIN inventory window to allow for looted items and the switching of weapons Also have the weapon in F2 equipped or it will not work

The ATTACK macro (put this in the F3 slot)

1 - Copy and paste the following 4 lines into the SAME Notepad or text editor program file

2 - Name the file EXACTLY THIS, afkcombat.txt, and include the .txt part
3 - Save the file in your parent SWG directory (should be C:\Program Files\StarWarsGalaxies)
4 - Type the follow at the chat prompt in game to load the file: /load afkcombat.txt
5 Make sure the weapon in F2 is equipped!
6 - When you start this macro have a few inventory slots open in your MAIN inventory window to allow for looted items and the switching of weapons.

To change the pause time you want for healing or looting simply replace the number in the file with the number of seconds you want.

Note that these macros are a combination of various ones I have gotten from friends, FAQs, forum posts, and sites. I customized them for my own needs.

If you are having any trouble with these macros make sure your inventory is not full, you typed things in correctly, you didn't miss any ';'s, and you used the appropriate CASE SENSTITIVE punction in several of the game commands (ex. /ui action cycleTargetOutward NOT /ui action cycletargetoutward.

To incorporate the use of a pet in this macro set simply have the pet guard you and insert the line /tellpet follow me (or whatever your pet follow me command is) in the attack macro somewhere, preferably right at the start of it. This is basically if you do not really want a lot of CH experience and just want the pet to assist you with tougher afk fights.

Survival Experience: AFK Camping

This set of macros will put down up to 21 camps and will automatically disband your camp after 20 minutes (which is the sweetspot for camp experience I believe). It was built from various posts I have read here and other sites and I wanted to make one that didn't require tumbleshot.

It doesn't matter what weapon you equip or what combat profession you are trained in (tumble is not required). Just find a general area with simple mobs and this works just fine.

Simply put the following macro toolbar slot F1:

This macro tries to plant a camp every 5 minutes. This keeps you from getting logged out.

Put the next in slot F2:

/pause 1250;

/ui action cycleTargetOutward;

/attack;

/pause 21;

/peace;

/ui action toolbarSlot01;

This macro basically starts an attack on something and stops it to get your camp disbanded. Please not that the camp graphic stays up for an additional minute using this method so don't be alarmed the camp will dissapear and your first macro will place another quickly. I suggest facing towards the general area of spawns for this to work or use the old ctrl-shift-s command to get your character to rotate before you go afk.

And put the next in slot F3:

/shout Come enjoy a nice warm campfire and heal your wounds and mind at xxxx xxxx coordinates

Put your camp coords in xxxx xxxx.

To start the macro press F1, then F2, then F3. You should be standing for this entire macro (don't sit!!!).

Placement of the camp is also essential, you want a heavily travelled spot right outside a high traffic area like Coronet. Use large size pets or vehicles to attract people and the third macro to announce your campsite. One of my favorite spots is in the newbie area in the middle of Theed on Naboo. You can place a camp right at the end of a small bridge and anyone who uses the bridge goes through your camp. It is located at -5153 +3777

For additional experience craft camps while this macro is running for even more srvival experience.
