LVGW is the only private provider of free, one to one literacy tutoring services in the Greater Worcester area.   Over the years, we have received the financial support of a number of local foundations and trusts including: Alden Trust, Greater Worcester Community Foundation, Stoddard Charitable Trust, Fletcher Foundation, TJX Foundation, Fuller Foundation, Hoche-Scofield Foundation, and the Bay State Savings Foundation

We have also received support from area businesses and colleges which include: UnumProvident, Assumption College, Tatnuck Bookseller, Verizon, Worcester State College, Worcester Magazine and Allmerica.

We have also benefited from relationships with the Worcester Public Library which has provided us office space since November 2001.  Prior office locations were at the Adult Learning Center on Chatham Street provided by the Worcester Public Schools and in the basement of the Galleria Mall.
