See the OU page on how to help Israel The United Jewish Charities has an Israel Emergency Fund I feel less hesitant now regarding UJC as they claim to have revised their policy. Now they "adopted a broad interpretation of the UJC charter to permit the organization to
provide assistance to Jews around the world, irrespective of where they live,"
according to an official statement. This includes Judah, Shomron and Gaza.
