STICKY HANDS
 

What you are viewing is one of my student and myself practicing an exercise, which is call Sticky Hands .This position is called Crane Spreads its Wings and it is one posture in the form.  The White Crane uses its wings to fight and to protect its self when its being attacked.

SINGLE PUSH-HANDS 
 

You are viewing two of my students practicing what is called Single Push Hands.  This exercise is used to train you on how to adjust and feel to the other persons movements.  This exercise is very important because, it helps you in your rooting and in the development of your Chi.

      SNAKE CREEPS DOWN

This movement is called Snake Creeps Down.  This movement is used to avoid and also to attack.
