About us

Allow me to introduce ourselves.  My name is Rob and I am a Tai Chi Chuan Instructor who has been studying Tai Chi for the past several years and been teaching for the past Six Years.  I also have studied other types of Martial Arts.  My partner Sal Giglio who has been training in the Martial Arts for the past 33 years and is a 9th Degree Blackbelt. Sal has trained and teaches Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Tai Chi Chuan.

Tai Chi

  Tai Chi exercises have been medically proven to increase the blood flow in the body.  This generates more energy and better health throughout the body and mind.  Studies have shown that because of the increase in leg strength and balance developed via Tai Chi, older adults are less likely to fall or hurt themselves.  Tai Chi has also been credited in helping to lower and regulate the pulse rate.
