Chiller Theatre Dead of Winter

The Dead of Winter Chiller...was...very quiet. It was easy to walk around, breathe, no lines (!!!) for the dealers or the guests, but I missed the crowds and the good people watching. One of the best parts of Chiller is seeing the other fans all decked out in their horror Ts, gothic and punk wear, and showing off their tattoos. There were very few costumes - one Jason, one Michael Meyers, the Ghostbusters,and a cute li'l Leatherface. The best part for me was meeting Courtney Gains...Children of the Corn has always been one of my guilty pleasure horror flicks. Also, Saturday night there was a wedding conducted by everyone's favorite clown - Captain Spalding! I got to see a couple friends, and drink lots of yummy Coffee Shop of Horrors coffee (and yes, the three pounds I bought are gone in less than THREE weeks!).
