1. Treasurer's report: $2520 balance $2200 received from PDLOA, 8 members have paid dues of $40 equaling $320. Received 4 dues payments tonight.

2. 13 profiles/availabilities have been returned. Not all members have US Lacrosse membership yet.

3. Received permission for the board to purchase Directors & Officers Liability insurance from Bollinger at a cost of $385.

4. Motion to accept the treasurer’s report was made by McCarter, 2nd by Tonno. Motion passed.

5. Discussed Jeff Geisel's e-mail.

a. Lack of scrimmages. Suggested that we contact other chapters with regards to scrimmages in their area. Also possibility of working inter-squad scrimmages

b. Number of officials. Jeff recommended 2 officials for varsity games. It is the opinion of the board that we should maintain the current use of three officials for varsity games and recommend that 3 officials be used for JV games. Splitting the 2 man game fee between the three officials. Again we need to contact the other chapters to insure that they agree to maintain 3 officials for varsity games.

c. Evaluation of officials. We recommend evaluations continue to be done as in the past and encourage coaches to be more diligent in getting evaluation completed.

Meeting was adjourned 7:15 in order to start the cadet class.
