The ECFOA in
conjunction with the Philadelphia Chapter will have a golf outing at the FDR
Golf Club in South Philly prior to ECFOA meeting.
The City All Star
Chapter of the PSHF is as organization that Milt Halstead founded many years
ago. Milt is very passionate about supporting intercity athletes of
Philadelphia. The monies raised by the City All Star Chapter go to providing
scholarships to many senior athletes and cheerleaders.
