Join us for an old-fashioned pot-luck picnic at Peace Pilgrim Park
  • Bring a covered dish to share, hot dogs and veggie burgers will be provided
  • Activities include art exhibits, music, activities for children, teens and adults
  • View videos of peace on the City Hall big screen TV - ongoing throughout picnic
  • Participate in a community drum circle* facilitated by Brigantine's "Augie Doggie" Peltonin**, from 6-8 p.m. - Brings together a diverse group of people with a common purpose of creating music that celebrates peace, unity and spirit.  Bring your own percussion instruments, drums, shakers, rattles, woodblocks, etc.
  • Candle-lighting ceremony at dusk

* Funded in part throught the NJ State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts through a local arts grant administered by the Atlantic County Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs.  The grant is being matched with funding from the City of Egg Harbor.

** Augie Peltonin is a trained mentor/facilitator of Arthur Hull's trainings in Oahu, Hawaii.
